His most recent publications include “The New ADA,” and “Concerted Activity and Social Media.” Hogan is a past Chair of the CBA’s Labor & Employment Law Committee, a member of the OSBA’s Litigation and Employment Councils, and a past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio and a current Trustee of the Columbus Literary Council.
